We have managed to struggle in today, despite the snow,as our diary is so full. We dare not even take one day off!! We are now asking customers to give us a minimum of six weeks’ notice for solo costumes and more for tutus and group costumes to enable us to fit you all in. (This doesn’t mean we won’t try and find a space in the schedule for you – give us a call and we will see what we can do!)  It is great to be so busy so thanks for sticking with us and we look forward to working with you again soon….

over the last week we have been making some 50′s/60′s costumes for a local dance teacher. She chose to have them all in primary colours with big white spots on the skirt fabric. They look amazing. You should be able to view them on www.dancewearboutique.co.uk very soon…..

We would like to wish good luck to all of our customers that are taking part in the Suffolk Festival of Performing Arts this weekend. Don’t forget to send us pictures of you in your costumes. We love to see them on real people!!

Over the last week, we have taken some bookings for dance shows in 2013. If you have a show or a large amount of costumes/outfits that you will need our help with in 2013, please contact us as soon as possible with a rough date of when you will be needing them.  We would hate to have to disappoint anybody and the diary is already starting to fill. So, don’t delay, give us a call and we will pencil you in!!

Well, that’s it! The final costumes were handed over yesterday to Jordan Ayers for his first big dance show! We had great fun working with Jordan and by combining our creativite skills with his, we managed to produce some fabulous costumes for him which he is thrilled with!(We were pretty pleased with them ourselves!!) So, GOOD LUCK, JORDAN! It has been an absolute pleasure….

We have been really busy this week making costumes for one of our customers who has a show in less than three weeks!!  I bet we are less frantic than he is!! The costumes are looking fantastic, though and we just know he is going to be thrilled with them all. The start of a new term is nearly upon us and we have been very busy this week making uniforms in time for September.

This is alongside a whole heap of show costumes and a long, long list of festival outfits ready for the Suffolk Festival of Performing Arts in October! We have missed out on all of the lovely sunshine outside but we don’t mind, really. We are indoors doing what we love to do – making our customers happy!!!

Our team have loved watching the gymnastics at the Olympics over the last couple of weeks and have come up with some fantastic ideas for leotard designs now that they know what is ‘hot’ right now!
